How Island Exterior Services LLC handles the information you share with us.

The short version: we collect what you type into our estimate form so we can quote your job and contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who we are
Island Exterior Services LLC (“we”, “us”) is an exterior cleaning business operating in Brevard County, Florida. You can reach us on 321-541-5530 with any question about this policy or about the information we hold on you.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our estimate request form we collect the fields you fill in: your name and phone number (both required), and optionally your email address, property address, city, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. We collect this because we cannot quote a job without being able to identify the property and reach you about it.
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. It is never shown to a person; if it arrives filled in, we discard the submission without storing it.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard request information — IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time — as part of normal operation and security logging. Our interactive service-area map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which means your browser makes a request to their servers when the map is displayed.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote for the work you asked about.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about that request and to schedule the work.
- To keep a record of jobs quoted and completed, as any business must.
- To detect and block spam and abusive submissions.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your submission is transmitted from this website to our own internal systems. We share personal information with third parties only where it is necessary to run the business — for example the hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our servers — or where we are required to by law. Any such provider is given only what they need in order to perform their function.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to quote and complete the work, and afterwards for our business records. If you would like your details removed, call us on 321-541-5530 and we will delete them, except where we are required to keep a record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and your form submission is sent to our systems over an authenticated internal connection — the browser never talks to our internal services directly. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- You can use the phone number above instead of the form if you prefer not to submit anything online.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
